I have a real kitchen!

I will come back later and talk about all of this...but right now I am off to chemo....yes, I know there is no refrigerator...and the backsplash has to be trimmed out...and there is a shelf going over the stove...but bloggers....trust me...we are getting there!

The other pics are just shots from the patio.  I haven't really fixed it up...but I swept it yesterday....

Talk to you later...bye!

  1. I LOVE your kitchen and your patio and the way you're completely making this 'new' home yours! You inspire me, my friend. I need to get busy and do some things around here. Some day we will probably do something like what you and your hubby are doing. Until then I'll keep dropping by for inspiration.

  2. Ceekay it's fabulous and new and shiny. I know you two are thrilled. hugs, Olive

  3. Ceekay-It IS looking like home, isn't it? I am loving it so far...and everything else will come as it needs to. I am sorry that you are dealing with chemo....and I am praying for you- xo Diana

  4. I know you have had a long, tiring day. Hope you can rest well tonight. I have enjoyed catching up on your posts and all the improvements you are making. The kitchen looks fabulous. The granite is perfect with the paint colors and accessories. Love your appliances, too.

  5. Oh CK, the kitchen looks fabulous. Love your little french chef, so cute. Your patio is going to be wonderful and you will so enjoy that pool this summer. I am totally jealous. Hugs, Marty

  6. Hi Ceekay, Your kitchen looks wonderful! I love it. Y'all have been moving fast! I wish you well with your chemo. Bless you and I loved your song! ;)
    Be a sweetie,
    shelia ;)

  7. CeeKay, Your kitchen is stunning! I know you will find happiness in your new home, with your new neighbors. God bless!

  8. Okay, I love everything... but that water pump outside is AWESOME!!!!

You are lucky I don't live nearby, I just might be tempted to nick it! (J/K of course; your place is so lovely).

  9. Your home is so gorgeous! I love your style, the antiques and modern mix so well together..you have talent, thats for sure!

  10. Ceekay, I've not seen this blog, and I've been scrolling through, seeing all of the wonderful decor in your new home. Love that granite countertop! Everything looks so pretty, and you've made it such a warm and welcoming home. What a wonderful outside area too! I think I'd spend a lot of time lounging on that "round thing", and that grilling station looks spectacular. laurie

Love looking at your lovely home, gives me sooo much inspiration! I have a single wide home and have done some updates, have you painted over the vynil coated wallboard? and if so, what did you use for primer, etc? Also, loveeee the design on the wall behind your little chef guy, what is that and where can it be puchased? Thank you for sharing your home with us!
